  4. Shipping: Ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or was damaged at the time of delivery.

  5. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address. (Keep the tracking number of your return shipment for reference.)
