4.Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• Your order is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

• A separate shipping confirmation will be sent once your items are dispatched.

• If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us. After that, we may have already processed or shipped your order, and cancellations will not be accepted.

• If you need to change your order, contact us immediately, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

5.Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

At Palvasha, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging with the tags attached, and in perfect condition .

• Timeframe: You can return items within 24 hrs from the delivery date. After 24 hrs returns are not accepted.

• Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as personalized jewelry or sale items, are non-returnable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed within the same 24 hrs and are subject to product availability.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
