Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/ call with your order details.

Processing Time: Orders are approximately processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may increase to an extent.

Quality Check: Before being shipped, all jewelry pieces are passed through quality inspection for damages.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 working days for major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

Remote Areas: For areas outside major cities, delivery may take 3-5 working days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may change due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

Shipping Charges

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a standard shipping fee of PKR 250 on all orders across Pakistan.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders above PKR 2500/-.

Courier Partners

To protect your jewelry and make deliveries on time, we cooperate with verified courier service providers. Our primary logistics partners include “Leopard Courier Service” & TCS.

Order Tracking

As soon as your shipment leaves our facility, you will be sent with an email/SMS. These notifications contain details such as a tracking ID. You can use this tracking ID to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Address

To avoid any kind of delays in receiving your order ensure that your delivery address is filled correctly and entirely while making your purchase order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

Missed Delivery: If you are not present during delivery, there is a chance that the courier would try to redeliver the package or contact you for rearrangement of the package.

Undeliverable Packages: If there is an issue with the delivery address provided or if several attempts have been made without success, your package will be marked as undeliverable, and the package will be returned to us. Our customer service can assist you with resending it (additional charges may apply).

Order Modifications

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been submitted to the courier company.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged Items: We take great care in packing your order, but if your package arrives damaged, don’t worry! Just reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and share photos of the damaged item/ items for a swift resolution.

Lost Packages: While we work with trusted courier services, unforeseen issues may occur. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do everything we can to help sort it out.
